New cities
Mobility (M)
We see the future of transport in autonomous transport systems that offer an efficient, convenient, safe and reliable alternative. As part of this vision, we aim to develop modern and environmentally friendly means of transport that will operate locally, regionally and internationally. We also place emphasis on creating the conditions for healthy urban mobility - walking and cycling.
Economy (ECON)
A circular economy and efficient waste management are essential to reduce the environmental burden of cities. We always strive to follow the principles of circular economy, where waste is seen as a valuable resource and is used to its maximum potential. We work together to develop eco-design products that are easily repairable, recyclable and made from non-toxic materials. As part of the New Cities concept, we also strive for a resilient manufacturing and supply infrastructure that reflects real customer demand, technological innovation and is able to provide a wide range of basic consumer goods in high quality, as close to the end consumers as possible.
Architecture (A)
Our priority is affordable and quality housing for all groups of residents, such as families with children, seniors and the disadvantaged. This lays the foundations for a just and resilient society, including the prevention of social pathologies. Part of our strategy is to locate new towns in year-round climatically favourable conditions with good access to the seashore. We pay great attention to public space and quality amenities such as parks, entertainment and education centres and health facilities.
Technology (TECH)
Our goal is to create a modern "smart city" that makes efficient and fair use of modern technology, for example, to optimize transportation, energy, farming, waste management and other urban systems. We support the development of smart solutions such as intelligent transport systems, adaptive management of public lighting, irrigation, and predictive infrastructure maintenance. The digitisation of urban services and the involvement of citizens in decision-making processes through platforms and applications based on the principle of direct democracy are also important.
Energy (E)
We favour the use of reliable, low-emission and local energy sources. We support the development of smart grids that enable efficient management. The aim is to achieve the highest possible share of clean, safe and sustainable energy in both urban and rural environments.
Greenery (G)
Creating a healthy environment, biodiversity and microclimate within cities is key to ensuring a high standard of living and the overall well-being of residents. To achieve these goals, it is important to see the city as a harmonious community of living and non-living structures. Damage to some of the structures leads to impaired urban vitality, reduced long-term sustainability, deterioration of the microclimate and social cohesion. The diverse presence of green spaces, water features and nature parks plays a crucial role.
The path to security and prosperity
If we look at the global issues and their problems, we are likely to come to the common conclusion that cities, as the places with the highest concentration of population, have a central role to play in solving the problems of civilization. Our aim is therefore to play a role in the design of urban plans, especially in the creation of entirely new cities. In doing so, we want to make a major contribution to a fairer and healthier environment and to promote the availability of quality housing. The development is to result in modern, ecological settlements, including the associated transport, technical and production infrastructure.
